is used for shipping?
All orders are shipped
using United States Postal Services (USPS). Larger orders can be shipped by UPS
or FedEx upon request.

tracking numbers?
All USA orders receive free
tracking. The only tracking information provided for International orders is the
tracking number on the Customs form. All International orders can purchase USPS

packages shipped?
All International orders are
shipped using USPS airmail.
5. What if there is a
problem with delivery?
Buyer assumes all risk of damage or loss during shipping unless insurance and
tracking is purchased.

6. How long will shipping
take?
All orders are shipped within 24hrs of purchase. All USA orders take about 3 to
10 working days. International orders take about 9 to 20 working days. To RUSH
delivery, email for further information.
7. What is your return/exchange policy?
We do not take returns unless the item was damaged from the factory. We will
gladly exchange an item with postage paid by the buyer. All returns or exchanges
must be in original bag and unused with tags still attached. All
returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of original purchase date.
